Flax Bread

Introduction

Lots of fiber. Gluten, nut, sugar free. My son was so excited to have bread back after we went gluten free. I think it tastes ok, never was big on bread. Lots of fiber. Gluten, nut, sugar free. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 ounce of melted butter
    2 medium eggs
    4 tablespoons of flax
    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

Microwave the butter in a small loaf sized dish, gladware works well.
Mix together dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to butter and mix.
Reuse the bowl that had the dry ingredients to mix egg well, then add to the rest of the mix.
Nuke for 3 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
