Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

Delicious meatloaf from mom's original recipe
I just changed it to turkey instead of beef.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-1/2 # lean ground turkey
    1/2 c medium onion, diced
    3/4 cup Quaker oats, minute oats
    1 cup V-8 vegetable juice
    1 large egg,
    1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press into 8x4 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Great with baked potato and peas or other vegetable
