Curry Chicken Bake

Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    1-1/2 c dry white rice
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
    2-1/2 c water
    12 oz frozen broccoli
    200 g tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c golden raisins
    1 T curry powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp cloves
    2 T Splenda
    1 T garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly, dump into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with foil.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

Serving = apx 360 g
