Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1.5 ts salt
    2 ts sage
    1 ts fennel seeds
    1 ts thyme
    1 ts black pepper
    1/2 ts white pepper
    1/2 ts cayenne pepper
    1/4 ts garlic powder
    1/8 ts ground cloves
    1/8 ts nutmeg
    1/8 ts allspice

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Form into patties and cook as needed.
