Ingredients

    1.5 C cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 5oz can light tuna in water, drained
    3 T light mayo
    1/4 C sweet relish
    2 t brown mustard
    to taste:
    pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    dill
    celery seed

Directions

Makes 4 1/2C servings

Drain tuna. Smash chickpeas (a potato masher works well) and all other ingredients in a medium bowl until the beans are roughly the same size as the tuna. Mix in tuna. Taste and adjust seasonings.
