Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * *Pasta, Angel Hair (Pasta Sanita) ckd, 3 cup (remove)
    * *Perdue Carved Chicken Breast - Grilled, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Onion (raw) 1 Tbsp, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Sun Dried Tomatoes, 3 piece (remove)
    * *ground black pepper, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Aldi Minced Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    * White Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    * *Tomato on the vine, 200 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Add EVO to a medium bowl, add dry spices, chop up the sun dried tomatos, add in minced garlic and onions. Let sit while you prepare the rest of the meal.
Start the water for the angel hair pasta, and when the water is boiling it's ready to start making the meal.
Heat pan to high heat, and then add the medium bowl prepared early. Once the onions caramelize, start the pasta. Add in the white wine and keep on high to reduce the wine. Add the chicken, and stir. Chop up the vine tomatoes, and throw in the pan. Take a 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the water from the pasta, and add to the pan. Let it reduce down, while you drain the pasta. Once pasta is drained, shut of the heat on the pan, and add to the pan, and mix well. Makes two servings. Suggest adding some parsley and Parmesan cheese when serving. A glass of wine on the side doesn't hurt either.
