  • This was a perfect accompaniment to the Baked Chicken with Garlic and Sun Dried Tomatoes (Chef Meg's Makeover) recipe on this site!! I mixed both recipes together and sprinkled a little parmesan cheese over it. I served it over a half cup of pasta as I had a few extra calories that day. :) - 2/1/11

  • This was very good, I am normally a bit wary of wilted spinach as it can tend to get kind of slimy, but this had a great texture and great taste. - 5/18/10

  • I didn't have fresh, so I used frozen, bagged. Even my boys (14 & 10) loved it. My teenager even wanted more - unfortunatly I had only made 4 portions, not knowing what type of reception it would receive! I'll definitely make this again. - 5/1/10

  • I was already making this pretty much exactly like this (no lemon) so thanks for allowing me to find this so I wouldn't have to build the recipe myself to see what I am consuming. Loves me some sauteed spinach! - 8/9/09

  • this is one of my favorite ways to cook and serve spinach. The only thing I do differently is to toss a large, whole clove of garlic and heat long enough to infuse the oil with flavor. Healthy and delicious! Thanks. - 7/26/08
