Breakfast Casserole

Introduction

The perfect meal to wake up to, hardy and filling just like you would expect at grandma's! The perfect meal to wake up to, hardy and filling just like you would expect at grandma's!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    30 oz package of frozen hashbrowns
    1 stick(8 TBSP) unsalted butter
    1 lb Turkey Sausage
    1.5 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 lg eggs
    1.5 c. 2% milk

Directions

1. Thaw potatoes between paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Once thawed, press into bottom of greased (I use olive oil) 9x13 pan. Melt butter and pour over potatoes. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown.

2. Brown sausage. Top potatoes with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Top pan by pouring over egg mixture and season with salt and pepper.

3. Lower oven temp to 350. Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes or until top is well browned.
