saute 2 cloves garlic and onion optional, add 3 cups chicken broth and 16 oz pkg broccoli and bring to boil, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes. Mix 2.5 cups milk and 1/3 cup flour- add to broccoli mixture and cook until thickened, add pepper, remove from heat and add 8oz light velveeta stir until cheese is melted. Put 1/3 of soup mixture in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and add back into soup mixture. Serve.
