Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pkg (about 1/ 1/3 lbs.) all-white-meat ground turkey breast
    2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    2-3 scallions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Not included in nutritional calculation:
    Serve each burger with 1 slice Havarti Cheese & 1 tsp Dijon Mustard on Whole Grain Rolls

Directions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Score meat into 4 equal parts and then form 4 patties, about 1 1/2" thick.

Can be grilled or pan fried. Spray grill or pan with non-stick cooking spray before cooking.

Serve with Havarti cheese on multi-grain bread &1 tsp dijon mustard.
