Ingredients

    3 oz. lean beef sirloin tips
    1 large green pepper, chopped in large chunks
    1 cup cubed zucchini
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    Ground black pepper
    1 c. cooked egg noodles
    1 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions

Boil noodles while browning beef tips (I "sauteed" in unsalted chicken broth). Add chopped green pepper and zucchini to meat halfway before meat is done. Season with basil, oregano, and ground black pepper.
Drain noodles and add to meat and veggies. Stir in 1 cup of spaghetti sauce.
