Quick Crustless Quiche

Introduction

This is a quik high protien treat! This is a quik high protien treat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large whole egg
    1 large egg white
    1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese
    1 table spoon on finely diced onion
    1 slice of canadian bacon (surprisingly low in fat!!)
    1 oz of low fat cheese (your choice)
    A few sprays of "I Can't Believe It's not Butter" - FF
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix eggs, cottage cheese, low fat cheese, onions, diced canadian bacon and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Spray the "I can't believe its not butter" into two muffin tins.
Pour egg mixture in and place into pre-heated oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes and gently remove from muffin pans and serve.

Makes two muffins, I serving. Serve with a slice of your favorite fruit!

For a vegitarian version substitute the canadian bacon for your favorite veggies!
