Quiche

Ingredients

    Milk, 1/4 cup 1%
    Egg, fresh, 5 large
    *Cheese, Swiss, Reduced Fat, Alpine Lace, 4 oz
    Spinach, 1 cup fresh
    12 cherry tomatoes, 1/2'd
    Salt, 3 dash
    Pepper, black, 3 dash
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, blend eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Place swiss cheese, tomatoes and spinach in the unbaked pie crust. Pour in egg mixture. Place filled pie crust on a cookie sheet, cook in pre heated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, cool for 10 minutes then slice & serve.
