Ingredients

    2 lbs salmon
    1 1/2 T Olive Oil
    1 t Dijon
    1 t pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Preheat oven with plank inside at 350F. Combine ingredients and spread over fish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
