I've updated a classic with a few healthier modifications!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Margarine like spread, approximately 40% fat, .25 cup *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 small
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Milk, 1%, 4 cup
    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 3 oz
    Bumble Bee Smoked Oysters, 1/4cup/56g, 1.5 serving
    *Clams in clam juice, 8 oz
    Potato, raw, 3 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp

Directions

Cook down the onions and the flour in the margarine 2 minutes then gradually incorporate the milk.

Add the diced potatoes and simmer 20 minutes, stiring often.

Add the oysters, crab and clams with clam juice and simmer 5 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and parsley (optional).
