    Ingredients:


    Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed, 400 grams (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 3 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Beef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)


Directions

cut roast in 2 inch cubes and brown in olive oil...add meat and all ingredients to crockpot and put on high for 8 hrs....serve
