Ingredients

The Sponge :
6 Tablespoons sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
Juice of 2 lemons
Cook until clear
Fold in 2 egg whites beaten stiff
Sauce:
2 Cups of Milk
1/2 Cups of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
The Yolk of Two Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Cook until it starts to boil
Cool all ingredients and serve with a portion of the sponge
covered with the sauce
