Hollyhock Yeast Dressing

Submitted by: STARGAZER68UK

Introduction

This is a must! I tried it at a health spa (it is their recipe) and I dont want anything else on my salad anymore. Its got bite and if you make it with less fluid and add a little corn flour it can also be thick enough to spread on toast.

Watch out you could be hooked!

Rich in vitamin B

Can also be a topping for whatever you think it will taste good on!

1/2 cup nutritional flake yeast (not brewers yeast, this kind of yeast grows on molasses).

1/3 cup of tamari (read label to make sure it is gluten free)

1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar

    2 tbsp crushed garlic

Directions

Put all the top 5 ingredients into a blender, while still blending pour in the oil to desired consistency.
