1 large red pepper, diced
1/2 c celery, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 small can chopped black olives, drained
1 brick fat free cream cheese, softened
1 pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
6 mama Lupe's 98% fat free flour tortillas, taco size
Combine softened cream cheese with Ranch dip mix and green onions. Mix well.
Spread 1/6 cream cheese mixture on flour tortilla and sprinkle with peppers, celery and olives.
Roll tightly and wrap in foil.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
refrigerate rolls at least 1 hour. Remove foil and slice each "log" into 8 pieces.
Makes 48 roll ups, 25 calories each!
