Introductionmy version of cusinart soft ice cream maker chocolate tofu ice cream my version of cusinart soft ice cream maker chocolate tofu ice cream
1 cup Chocolate Silk beverage
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pound (500 grams) soft Tofu cut into 2" pieces
Places all ingreidients in order listed into a blender or food processor blend on high speed until smooth. If not making frozen dessert right way cover & refrigerate.
Turn on Ice cream maker & pour in ingredients. check after 15 minutes, it may take a bit longer than that.
makes 8 1/2 cup servings yummy & very chocolatey but not too sweet.
