Introduction

Recipe I've used for years.
Note that the nutritional information includes the pie crust, which is on another recipe card.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2/3 cup Milk
    2 Eggs
    2 cups Pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup Honey

    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Ginger

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Blend together the milk, eggs, pumpkin, and honey. Then mix in the cinnamon and ginger.

Pour into 9" - 10" pie crust.

Bake 15 minutes at 425, then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 30- 45 minutes, until the center is set.

Cool for 2 hours and enjoy!
