Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey or lean beef
    sf ragu
    1 bag 8 oz of mozzerella
    1 cup of parmesan
    1 cup of ricotta cheese
    1 cup of zucchini
    1 cup of spinach

Directions

brown meat, drain oil off, add ragu or tomato sauce;
in separate container mix parmesan with ricotta cheese
put in a 9 inch square pan 2 table spoons of meat sauce
then add layer of spinach thinly along with thinly chopped zucchini, then add ricotta sauce, then add mozzerella cheese; then start over with meat sauce etc... once last layer add mozzerella on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 mins depending on oven
