Made this for my mom and dad. Dad and I don't really like salsa, but we still LOVED this. Can't wait to make it again! - 1/15/10

Family didn't care for this one. Chicken turned out dry and the potatoes where kind of burned. Maybe I did something wrong but the family is not really up for another try. - 2/5/08

  • OMG, this is the best recipe!!! The entire family LOVED it! I was running late on time, so I cooked it on high for about 4 hours instead of low for 8! If you think it's too dry maybe add more salsa! We sliced our potatoes pretty thick & they were more than ready! Highly recommend! - 3/12/08
