* 3 cups GF All Purpose Baking Flour (I used my own GF mix)
* 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
* 2 Tb Sugar
* 1 Tb Potato Flour
* 1 Tb Xanthan Gum
* 1 tsp Guar Gum
* 1-1/2 cups Warm Milk
* 3/4 cup Whole Egg (must measure 3/4 cups)*
* 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
* 1 tsp Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
* 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
3/4 cup whole egg; can use 3 TBSP Ener G egg replacer and 1/2 cup water. Mix well before adding to recipe.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 60 minutes. Cover with foil after first 15 minutes to prevent over-browning. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
