One Dish Chicken and Rice

Introduction

This is super easy and budget friendly! I got this at my wedding shower and it has been great for quick and easy dinners! This is super easy and budget friendly! I got this at my wedding shower and it has been great for quick and easy dinners!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup of water
    3/4 cup rice (I use Royal Blend, but can use others)
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    4 chicken breast or 12 oz of chicken

Directions

In a 2 qt shallow baking dish (9 x 13 or you can use an oval corningware for 3 breasts) mix soup, water, rice paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. For creamer rice, increase water to 1.33 cups.
