Ingredients

    approx. 30 asparagus stems (fresh)
    1.5 cps cherry tomatoes
    3 garlic cloves sliced
    drizzle of evoo
    salt
    pepper
    1 lemon

Directions

makes 4-6 servings
place asparagus on a baking sheet
then the tomatoes and garlic.
drizzle with extra virgin oo.salt & pepper
cut lemon in half and squeeze over ingrediants.
bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until it's the firmness you prefer.
