Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

1 12oz can garbanzo beans
1 T. tahini
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. minced garlic
2 t. olive oil
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor fitted with an S blade. Process on low for 60 seconds. Scrape sides and add water, a few tablespoons at a time, until mixture processes easily.
