Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

mix all ingredients together and stuff into bell peppers, then place into large stew pot and cover with tomato juice, let simmer for 1 hour
