Amy's Vegetarian Pasta Salad

Introduction

This is truly a side dish. An easy side dish to bring to a potluck pic-nic or BBQ. This is truly a side dish. An easy side dish to bring to a potluck pic-nic or BBQ.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 package of tri-colored or vegetable pasta
    1 package of Good Seasons italian dressing (Fat Free minutely reduces the caloric value of dish)
    1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
    1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
    1 large onion diced
    2 gloves of fresh garlic
    1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 15oz can kidney beans
    1/4 cup parm. cheese

Directions

Cook pasta
Cook frozen mixed veggies
Drain pasta and veggies
Sautee` Onion, Peppers, and garlic of 5 mins (peppers should be crisp)
Mix everything together in large bowl, add packaged dressing and parm. cheese and refrigerate and serve
