Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    enough water to cover and boil broccoli, celery and onions
    1 2 lb bag of frozen broccoli
    half a bag of celery stalks cut up
    1 12 oz bag of frozen onions
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans of fat free milk ("can" matched by cream of mushroom soup can)
    1/2 box of 2% velveeta cheese
    1 12 oz bag of mexican style cheese (i would have wanted to use 2% myself but i was out...)
    1 16 oz bag of cubed ham


Directions

take your washed celery stalks and cut up 1/2 the bag, and combine it with the frozen onions and the broccoli a large cooking pot.
cover the vegetables with water, and about 2 inches over. boil the vegetables until soft. drain the water.
turn the cooking pot down to medium and add the following while constantly stirring: 2 cream of mushroom soups, your fat free milk to equal your soups, your mexican cheese, and cubed 2 % velveeta cheese, and your diced ham (optional). add your poultry seasoning.

when the cheese is all smooth, the soup is ready.
