Directions

mince shallot and garlic and cook in cooking spray until golden

add shrimp and cook until pink

add clam and wine, bring to boil reduce to medium and cook for another minute. add lemon and parsley and salt/pepper to taste.

  • It sounds good, however I see no ingredients list to indicate how many Shrimp, Clams, Shallots, Garlic Cloves, etc. I tend to experiment so may try this, but I'd have to figure out the correct portions on my own. - 2/22/11
