Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/2 cup oat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Let sit for 10 minutes (this allows the batter to thicken, as it will be very runny at first). Pour 4 inch circles on a heated griddle. Flip once. Makes 2 four pancake servings.
