Introduction

This is a great topping for pancakes, or cake, or just to eat alone. This is a great topping for pancakes, or cake, or just to eat alone.

Ingredients

    3 medium apples sliced, peeled, and diced
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender. Serve alone, or over pancakes, cakes, icecream, or anything else you can imagine.
