Ingredients

    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 1/4 cups 1%milk

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

In a seperate bowl whisk together the egg and the milk, and then add to the flour.

Stir until just moistened.

Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure and scoop the batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn when the top side begins to bubble.

Makes 12 pancakes if you use the measuring cup. Recipe is calculated to give the nutritional info of one pancake.
