Simple Baked apple

Introduction

apple, cinnamon, splenda, brown sugar and margerine spray. apple, cinnamon, splenda, brown sugar and margerine spray.

Ingredients

    1 medium apple
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp brown sugar
    I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

Peel and core apple, cut in half and place in oven safe bowl. Spray apple with butter spray then sprinkle with remaining ingredients. I mixed the cinnamon and splenda together and sprinkled all over top of apple halves, then I sprinkled brown sugar on top of that. Bake in oven at 425 for about 20 minutes or until desired tenderness. 1 serving.
