Ingredients

2 3/4 cups flour
1 oz yeast
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Directions
Proof Yeast
1) Heat 1/4 c water to 105-110 degrees F
2) Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 oz yeast
3) Let it sit for 10 minutes to rise
Start Dough
1) Combine half the flour, salt and butter (melted)
2) Add 3/4 c water and yeast mixture
3) Knead dough for 10 minutes
4) Cover dough on floured surface and allow to rest/rise for 10 minutes
Prep for Baking
1) Shape dough into buttered/greased pan
2) Cover and put in warm place to rise for an hour
Baking
1) Sprinkle sea salt or spices on top of dough as desired
2) Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown
