Oven Fried Parm Chicken

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
    3/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
    1 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    2 Egg Whites
    1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Pound out chicken to 1/2 - 3/4" thick. This will ensure even cooking and quicker cooking time.

Mix Parm cheese, bread crumbs, and Mrs. Dash seasoning mix into bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into egg white and then dip into bread crumb mixture. Place chicken on a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165 F.
