Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    2 cups low sodium chicken/vegetable broth

Directions

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautee garlic and mushrooms. In a small bowl whisk cornstarch and broth together until smooth. When veggies are tender, pour broth mixture into skillet with vegetables. Heat until boiling and thickens. Makes 8 servings 1/4 cup each.
