Rumbamel's Sloppy Joes

Introduction

I've been wanting to make my own sloppy joes for a long time. I finally found a recipe in a magazine that seemed suitable and quick. I've been wanting to make my own sloppy joes for a long time. I finally found a recipe in a magazine that seemed suitable and quick.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    -1 lb of extra lean ground beef
    -1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes with green chiles (I drained a 14.5 oz can slightly)
    -1 T light brown sugar, packed
    -1 can, 10.75 oz, condensed tomato soup
    -8 Healthy Life Fiber Wheat Sandwich buns

Directions

--Brown and drain your ground beef and then add all other ingredients to the skillet. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with buns.

--Makes 8 servings, including buns. A little less than 1/2 C sloppy joe mix per serving. Makes about 3 1/2 C total.
