Introduction

Ingredients

    20 fresh jalapeņos, halves and cleaned of seeds
    1 8oz package cream cheese
    Pineapple chunks
    Bacon
    Tooth picks

Directions

Cut jalapeņos in half and scrape out the seeds from the inside. Be careful not to turn your eyes, they will burn. Once cleaned of seeds portion small amounts of cream cheese into the center in the jalapeņos. Cut bacon in half and wrap around pepper. push a tooth pick threw the the pepper and bacon to secure it together. Add a pineapple chunk to the end. Put on grill and wait for bacon to be completely cooked. Enjoy! Sho0uld make about 20 servings. (one whole pepper per person.
