Introduction

This is great topped with fresh berries or berry compote and Greek yogurt. This is great topped with fresh berries or berry compote and Greek yogurt.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp butter
    1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 cup 1% Milk
    2 eggs
    4 egg whites
    1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or 1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 dash salt

Directions

1. Place butter in a 9x13 baking dish and place into a 400F oven.
2. Whisk eggs, egg whites, and flour until smooth. Add agave (or sugar), milk, vanilla, and salt.
3. Remove baking dish from oven and swirl to coat sides with butter. Pour batter into it and return to oven.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed up around the edges and golden.
