1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 medium mushroom cut up
2 tbs. each green, red, yellow peppers
2 lz. Nova Salmon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbs Salsa - to your taste - I use Mild
Put all ingredients - except Egg mixture - into pan - cook until onions are soft - about 2 minutes
Scramble egg & egg white.
When veggies are soft pour egg mixture into pan and stir up - or just let it become a "pancake" type.
When done put on plate and top w/Salsa - it's add a little "zing", since I don't use salt it works for me...
