Baked Pita Chips

Introduction

You can use Fat Free Tortillas too. Serve plain or with humus. You can use Fat Free Tortillas too. Serve plain or with humus.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 whole-wheat Pitas
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp of Mrs. Dash's seasoning (any variety)


Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Cut pitas into 6-8 triangles, then split those into pieces (12-16 per pita)
Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and place all pita triangles.
Spray the tortillas with cooking spray
Top with seasonings
Bake for 10 minutes and serve
