4 whole-wheat Pitas
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of Mrs. Dash's seasoning (any variety)
Cut pitas into 6-8 triangles, then split those into pieces (12-16 per pita)
Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and place all pita triangles.
Spray the tortillas with cooking spray
Top with seasonings
Bake for 10 minutes and serve
