Introduction

Very tasty rice dish that is extremely filling. It is great as a breakfast dish or a dessert. Very tasty rice dish that is extremely filling. It is great as a breakfast dish or a dessert.

Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice (cooked)
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce mixture to a simmer. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is thick and creamy (about 5-7 minutes). Enjoy!
