old family recipe (Can be made healthier by substituting nonfat milk, egg beaters, whole wheat crackers and flour, and I can't believe it's not butter spray and leaving out the sweet n' low and if you're watching your salt intake that is optional too) old family recipe (Can be made healthier by substituting nonfat milk, egg beaters, whole wheat crackers and flour, and I can't believe it's not butter spray and leaving out the sweet n' low and if you're watching your salt intake that is optional too)
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 cans cream style corn
    1 can sweet corn (undrained)
    2 packets sweet n' low
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs well beaten
    1 1/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup crushed saltine crumbs
    1 stick butter

Directions

mix corn and flour. add salt, eggs, milk, sweet n' low, saltine crumbs, and butter and mix well again

Put in 4 quart oven casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Stir after the first 20 minutes of baking time.
