Ingredients

    3/4 C. part-skim ricotta
    2 T. fat-free plain yogurt
    1 T. slivered almonds
    1 t. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 t. ground flaxseed meal
    1/2 t. instant coffee granules or coffee powder
    1/2 t. vanilla extract
    1/2 C. skim milk
    8 ice cubes

Directions

Blend well. Makes 2 8-oz servings.
