Exact same recipe as my other Banana Nut Multi-grain Oatmeal, but with added protien. Tastes just as good, and only adds about 20 calories for the extra 5g of protein. Totally worth it! Ingredients

* (1) 45g packet President's Choice Blue Menu Multi-Grain Instant Oatmeal, Original flavour [Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Rolled Barley Flakes, Rolled Wheat Flakes, Oat Bran, Rolled Kamut Flakes, Rolled Spelt Flakes, Oat Hull Fiber, Guar Gum, Salt, Millet Meal. ---No added sugar!---]
* (1) tbsp. Whey Protein Isolate Powder [About 5g.]
* (1) Banana, fresh, medium (7" to 7-7/8" long), chopped [About 110 - 120g banana for a 'medium'.]
* (1/8) tsp. Cinnamon, ground
* (1) tbsp. Pecans, chopped
* (1) tsp. Brown Sugar, packed
* (3/4) cup Milk, 1%
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in one microwave-safe bowl, stir to mix, and microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes, depending on how you like your oatmeal. (I like mine thick, so I do 3 minutes and then let it sit for a minute out of the microwave!)
2. Remove from microwave, stir, and enjoy! :)
