This is a Weight Watcher Recipe... they list it at 3 points per serving but the recipe calculator on Spark People tells a different story. It is more like a 6 point bowl of soup. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (16oz) can of italian style crushed tomatoes (finely chopped)
    1 (19 oz) can of kidney or cannelli beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 cup of frozen mixed veggies
    3 cups of cooked pasta or 3/4 cup dry pasta
    3 cups of water

Directions

Place all ingredients ina medium size sauce pan.

Simmer for 10 minutes, if using cooked pasta, or until dry pasta is fully cooked. Add enough water just to cover the pasta.
