    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup (remove)


Put chicken in crockpot. Cover with Frank's. Last half hour put cubed cream cheese. Shred chicken. Stir together. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
