This is from Paula Deen and the Food Network, except I swapped out the ground beef for ground chicken.

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground turkey
    2 cups diced onion
    2 (15 1/2 oz) cans pinto beans
    1 (15 1/2oz) can pink kidney beans
    1 (15 1/4 oz) whole kernal corn, drained
    1 (14 oz) mexican-style diced tomatoes
    1 (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 (14oz) tomatoes with chiles
    2 (4.5 oz) green chiles
    1 (4.6 oz) can of black olives. drained and diced
    1/2 cup green olives, sliced
    1 (1.25) pakge taco seasoning mix
    1 (1 oz) pakge ranch salad dressing mix

Directions

Brown ground turkey and onions in a large skillet- transfer into a large slow cooker or stock pot.

Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.

Cook in crock pot for 6-8 hours or low heat for one hour in pot on stove top.

Serve with some corn chips, grated cheese and a dolop of sour cream.
